Optional Florida county vessel fee
Seventeen Florida counties add an optional county vessel fee on top of the state fee, retained by the county where the boat is registered: Broward, Charlotte, Collier, Miami-Dade, Escambia, Hardee, Hillsborough, Lee, Manatee, Martin, Monroe, Palm Beach, Pinellas, Polk, Santa Rosa, Sarasota, and Volusia. The other 50 counties charge no county fee.
