No snowmobile registration program exists in Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia— either by statute or simply because there's no snow to ride.
